Ann Fowler
Ann Fowler is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She currently volunteers in the La Crosse Public Schools assisting in classrooms and on various committees, and for the Myrick Hixon Eco-Park and Habitat for Humanity. High caliber public education is a passion for Ann. She feels LPEF enhances the opportunities available to the students within the school district of La Crosse.
