    Flexographic Printing

In the typical flexo printing sequence, the substrate is fed into the press from a roll. The image is printed on the substrate and then pulled through a series of stations, or print units. Each print unit is printing a single color.

The major unit of operations in a flexographic printing operation are:

    • Image Preparation
    • Printing
    • Platemaking
    • Finishing

    Process Flow For Flexographic Printing:

Flexo has total in-line manufacturing, which includes:

    • Back Printing
    • Laminating
    • Custom Die Cutting
    • Perforating
    • Slitting And Sheeting

...all performed in one continuous operation to reduce lead time and cost.
